The SKY13698-694LF is a state-of-the-art CMOS, silicon-on-insulator (SOI) double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) switch designed for high-linearity performance, ultra-low insertion loss, and high isolation. This switch is optimized for main/diversity antenna swapping in smartphones, data cards, and MiFi hotspots, supporting applications such as 4G/LTE, GSM, LAA/LTE-U, and sub-6 GHz. It features a single control voltage input and does not require external DC blocking capacitors on the RF path unless external DC voltage is applied.
