The SKYA21043 is a highly integrated 5 GHz front-end module (FEM) designed for high-power 802.11p applications. It incorporates a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) transmit/receive switch, a high-gain low-noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass mode, and a power amplifier (PA). The device includes an integrated logarithmic power detector for closed-loop power control across a 20 dB dynamic range and features LNA/PA disable functions for low leakage current in off mode.
