Features a 3-pin DPAK (TO-252AA) surface-mount package with gull-wing leads and a tab for enhanced thermal performance. Operates within a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, with a maximum gate trigger current of 10mA and a peak on-state voltage of 1.7V at 5.6A. Offers a high rate of rise of off-state voltage (500V/µs) and on-state current (100A/µs).
