Offers a 20V clamping voltage with a 1A peak pulse current capability and 50W peak pulse power. Operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range with 18pF capacitance. Surface mountable in a compact 1mm x 0.6mm package, this RoHS compliant component is lead-free.
