Dual full bridge DMOS driver for motor control applications. Features four outputs with a maximum output current of 5.6A and a continuous output current per channel of 2.5A. Operates with a supply voltage up to 52V and offers a low on-state resistance of 340mR. Packaged in a QFN surface mount configuration, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component functions within an operating temperature range of -25°C to 125°C.
