Operates with supply voltages from 8V to 52V, with a maximum collector current of 1.4A. Offers a maximum operating frequency of 100kHz and a low on-state resistance of 730mR. Packaged in a QFN surface mount case, this RoHS compliant component supports parallel interface and has a fall time of 250ns.
