Delivers up to 3A output current with a maximum input voltage of 30V and a minimum of 2.5V. Offers a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 75dB and a quiescent current of 180µA. Designed for surface mount applications with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
