High-performance, positive fixed output linear voltage regulator (LDO) delivering 200mA with a low 100µA quiescent current. Features a 3.1V nominal output voltage with 2% accuracy and a low 150mV dropout voltage. Operates from a 1.9V to 5.5V input range and is housed in a compact SOT-323-5 surface mount package. Suitable for applications requiring very low noise and efficient power management across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
