Low quiescent current, very low noise linear voltage regulator (LDO) with a fixed 2.9V output voltage and 200mA maximum output current. Features a 100mV dropout voltage, 50µA operating supply current, and 60µA quiescent current. Offers 2% accuracy and a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 55dB. Operates from a 1.9V to 5.5V input voltage range and is available in a SOT-23-5 surface mount package. RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
