200mA low quiescent current, very low noise linear voltage regulator (LDO) with a fixed 3.1V output. Features 150mV dropout voltage and 2% accuracy. This single-channel, positive output IC operates from 1.9V to 5.5V input, delivering up to 200mA. With a low 100uA quiescent current and 55dB PSRR, it is suitable for surface mount applications in a SOT-23-5 package. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
