High-performance, positive fixed output linear voltage regulator IC delivering 200mA maximum output current. Features a very low quiescent current of 60µA and a low dropout voltage of 100mV. Operates with input voltages from 1.9V to 5.5V, providing a stable 800mV output voltage with 2% accuracy. Designed for surface mount applications in a compact DFN package, offering excellent power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 55dB. Suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
