300 mA low quiescent current, very low noise LDO voltage regulator with a fixed 1.5V output and 2% accuracy. Features a low dropout voltage of 200mV, operating from 1.9V to 5.5V input. This positive polarity, surface mount component offers a 70µA operating supply current and 60µA quiescent current, with a PSRR of 55dB. Packaged in a compact SOT-323 case (1.35mm W x 2.2mm L x 1mm H), it is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
