300mA low quiescent current, very low noise LDO voltage regulator with a fixed 800mV positive output. Features 2% accuracy, 200mV dropout voltage, and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Operates from 1.9V to 5.5V with a low 60uA quiescent current and 70uA operating supply current. Offers a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 55dB and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Packaged in a compact DFN surface-mount case, measuring 1.3mm x 1.2mm x 0.45mm, supplied on tape and reel.
