300mA low quiescent current, very low noise LDO voltage regulator with a 1V fixed output voltage. Features 2% accuracy, 100mV dropout voltage, and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Operates from 1.9V to 5.5V with a typical quiescent current of 60uA. Packaged in a compact DFN surface mount case, measuring 1.3mm x 1.2mm x 0.45mm, supplied on tape and reel. Offers 55dB PSRR and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
