
This positive, fixed output linear voltage regulator offers a 1.5V nominal output voltage with a 500mA maximum output current. Featuring a very low dropout voltage of 1V and 1% accuracy, it operates from a 2.5V to 16V input range. The surface mount TO-252 package measures 6.6mm x 6.2mm x 2.4mm and is RoHS compliant. Designed for automotive applications and AEC-Q100 qualified, it includes an inhibit function and a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.
