Operates with a supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, nominal 4.5V. Exhibits a maximum propagation delay of 265ns, with a typical 38ns at nominal supply and 50pF load capacitance. Maximum output low current (Iol) is 0.006A, and maximum power supply current (ICC) is 0.08A. ESCC9000 screening level ensures high reliability.
