This integrated circuit offers 8-bit or 16-bit wide data access with a maximum frequency of 2MHz and a maximum access time of 200ns. Operating voltage ranges from 2.5V to 5.5V, with a nominal supply of 5V and a maximum supply current of 2mA. The component is housed in a compact SOIC package (4.9mm length, 3.9mm width, 1.25mm height) and features write protection. This RoHS compliant memory is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
