This surface mount reset timer IC features a 4-pin DFN package with dimensions of 1.5mm x 1.05mm x 0.6mm. It monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold range of 300mV to 5.5V and operates within a supply voltage range of 2V to 5.5V. The device offers an active low reset with a 140ms reset timeout and a low supply current of 1uA. It is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
