6-pin DFN package surface mount reset timer IC with a 1.6mm length, 1.3mm width, and 0.55mm height. Features a reset threshold voltage range of 300mV to 5.5V and a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V. Operates from -40°C to 85°C with a low 3µA supply current and a 240ms reset timeout. This lead-free, RoHS-compliant component monitors a single voltage with an active-low reset output.
