Designed with a 2-pin SMC (DO-214AB) package, measuring 7.15mm(Max) L x 6.25mm(Max) W x 2.25mm(Max) H. Operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, with a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.2µA.
