Features a reset threshold voltage range of 2.85V to 3.02V, with an active-low reset output and a 140ms reset timeout. Operates with a supply voltage between 2.2V and 3.6V, consuming a maximum supply current of 60uA. Maximum power dissipation is 320mW, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This simple reset/power-on reset IC is RoHS compliant and available in tape and reel packaging.
