The STM32G0B1KET6 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, operating at up to 64 MHz. It features 512 Kbytes of Flash memory and 144 Kbytes of SRAM. The device incorporates a wide range of advanced peripherals, including a USB 2.0 full-speed device/host controller with crystal-less operation, two FDCAN controllers, a USB Type-C™ Power Delivery controller, and multiple communication interfaces such as USART, I2C, and SPI. It includes a 12-bit ADC, two 12-bit DAC channels, and several general-purpose and low-power timers. Designed for efficiency, it operates in a voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V and is suitable for industrial, consumer, and IoT applications.
