Monitors 5V, 3.3V, 1.8V, and adjustable voltages with a minimum operating supply voltage of 2V and a maximum of 5.5V. Offers a maximum supply current of 50 µA and a maximum reset active time of 280 ms. Includes manual reset functionality. Packaged in a small outline transistor (SOT-23) with gull-wing leads for surface mounting. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
