Quintuple, ultralow voltage supervisor with push-button reset. Monitors five voltage levels with a reset threshold range of 1.666V to 2.895V. Features an active-low reset with a 140ms timeout. Operates from 800mV to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 16µA. Surface mountable in a 3mm x 3mm MSOP package. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
