It monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold voltage range of 2.55V to 2.7V, featuring an active-low, totem-pole output and a 140ms reset timeout. Operating from 1V to 5.5V, it consumes a maximum supply current of 60µA and has a maximum power dissipation of 320mW. The component is packaged in a TSSOP for tape and reel distribution, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
