Surface mount supervisory circuit IC with a single channel, designed for power-on and simple reset functions. Features a 4.38V threshold voltage, with undervoltage detection at 4.25V and overvoltage detection at 4.5V. Operates within a supply voltage range of 1V to 5.5V, consuming a maximum of 60µA. The output stage is TOTEM-POLE, and reset signals are available in active high and active low configurations with a 140ms reset timeout. Packaged in a TSSOP for surface mounting, with a maximum power dissipation of 320mW and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
