Operates from 1V to 5.5V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 60uA supply current. Includes a watchdog timer and over/undervoltage thresholds at 2.7V and 2.59V respectively. Packaged in SO, measuring 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm, with a maximum power dissipation of 320mW and operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
