16-segment LED driver IC for surface mount applications. Features a 24-pin TSSOP EP package with gull-wing leads, measuring 7.8mm x 4.4mm x 1mm. Operates with supply voltages from 3V to 5.5V, supporting typical voltages of 3.3V or 5V. Delivers up to 100mA maximum output current per segment, with high and low level output currents of 1000µA and -1000µA respectively. Offers a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
