Operates with supply voltages from 3V to 5.5V, supporting typical operation at 3.3V or 5V. Delivers high-level output current of 1000 µA and low-level output current of -1000 µA, with a maximum output voltage of 20V. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
