The STPS1L40MF is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -65°C. It can handle a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and a maximum reverse current of 35uA. The diode is designed for surface mount applications and is available in a tape and reel packaging. It is not radiation hardened and is not RoHS compliant.
