The STTH108 is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 175°C and a minimum operating temperature of -50°C. It has a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 800V and a maximum reverse current of 5uA. The diode is packaged in a DO-41 case and is suitable for through hole mounting. It is lead free and RoHS compliant.
