Micropower voltage supervisor IC featuring active low or high reset and integrated timer. Monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold range of 4.1V to 4.46V. Operates from 1.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a low 12µA supply current. Packaged in TSSOP for surface mounting, with a reset timeout of 125ms. Maximum power dissipation is 625mW, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
