This BICMOS technology amplifier offers a 3MHz bandwidth and a 1V/µs slew rate. With a 86dB voltage gain and 50dB common mode rejection ratio, it operates from a 2.7V to 12V supply voltage. The through-hole mounted PDIP package is lead-free and RoHS compliant, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
