The TG-A126X (also known as TGX) is a high-performance silicone gap filler designed for demanding thermal applications. It features high thermal conductivity of 12.6 W/mK, low hardness for excellent conformability, and high dielectric breakdown voltage. It is formulated to wet most surfaces to provide low thermal impedance between heat sources and heat sinks.
