The TG-A126X (also known as TGX) is an ultra-soft silicone-based thermal conductive pad designed for high-performance heat dissipation in demanding electronic applications. Featuring a high thermal conductivity of 12.6 W/mK, it provides superior thermal transfer between high-power components and heat sinks. Its low hardness and high compressibility enable it to conform to irregular surface topographies, minimizing thermal interface resistance. It is electrically insulating, low oil bleed, and naturally tacky on both sides to facilitate easy assembly.
