TG-A1780 is an ultra-soft silicone-based thermal gap filler featuring a very high thermal conductivity of 17.8 W/mK. It is designed to wet surfaces effectively, providing low thermal impedance for demanding high-power applications. It is flame retardant and acts as an electrical insulator while facilitating rapid heat transfer between heat sources and heat sinks.
