TG-A1780 is an ultra-soft silicone-based thermal gap filler featuring a high thermal conductivity of 17.8 W/mK. It is designed to provide low thermal impedance by wetting surfaces effectively in demanding applications such as 5G infrastructure, automotive electronics, and AI servers. The material is flame retardant and provides good electrical insulation.
