It features a thermal conductivity of 6.3 W/m·K and is designed to lower thermal resistance between heat sources and heat sinks. It is characterized by its ultra-soft nature, natural tack, and flame retardant properties, making it suitable for applications in IC dissipation, electronic components, and cooling modules.
