TG-AH486 (H48-6) is a silicone-based thermal interface pad designed to provide a low thermal impedance and high dielectric breakdown voltage. It is reinforced for compressibility and naturally tacky on both sides, commonly used for cooling ICs, CPUs, and power supplies.
