The PP020-1 is a passive high impedance voltage oscilloscope probe designed for use with the WaveSurfer 3000 series oscilloscopes. It features a 10:1 attenuation ratio and a high input resistance of 10 MOhms to minimize circuit loading. The probe includes an attenuation sense pin for automatic scaling on compatible Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes and can be compensated for instruments with input capacitance between 8 and 20 pF.
