The T3DSO31004-PROMO-1 is a 1 GHz bandwidth digital storage oscilloscope featuring 4 analog channels and a 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen. This promotion bundle includes I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I2S, MIL-STD-1553B, SENT, and Manchester serial trigger and decoding protocols as standard. It also includes the T3DSO2000-LS 16-channel MSO logic probe for mixed-signal debugging. It offers a maximum sample rate of 5 GS/s when interleaved and a deep memory of up to 250 Mpts.
