
Quad rail-to-rail output CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 1MHz gain bandwidth product and 1V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose op amp offers a low input bias current of 1pA and an input offset voltage of 250µV, with a common mode rejection ratio of 56dB. Designed for automotive applications, it operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply range and supports a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The surface-mount TSSOP package contains four independent amplifier circuits, each capable of delivering 113mA output current.
