
Dual 17 MHz, low noise operational amplifier featuring CMOS inputs and a 1.8V minimum operating supply voltage. This general-purpose op-amp offers a 17MHz gain bandwidth product, 11.5V/µs slew rate, and 110dB voltage gain. With a low input bias current of 1pA and 80dB common mode rejection ratio, it is suitable for demanding applications. The device operates from 1.8V to 5.5V, consuming 1.3mA supply current, and delivers 60mA output current per channel. Packaged in an 8-VSSOP for surface mounting, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
