1-channel power supply support circuit, housed in an 8-pin DIP package. Features a reset threshold voltage range of 2.56V to 2.7V, with an undervoltage and overvoltage threshold of 2.63V. Operates from a 2V to 6V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 16µA and a quiescent current of 9µA. Offers active high/active low reset with a 1.1ms reset timeout and a totem-pole output. RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
