4-channel ultra-low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode for IEC ESD protection. Features a 5.5V working voltage, 6V minimum breakdown voltage, and 14V clamping voltage. Designed for surface mount with a 1.1mm depth and 2.6mm length in a SON package. Supports interfaces including LVDS, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, PCIe, and SATA, with a peak pulse current of 2.5A and 40W peak pulse power. Operates from -40°C to 125°C with low 10nA leakage current.
