Synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with 10A maximum output current. Features a 4.5V to 17V input voltage range and adjustable output voltage from 600mV to 5V. Operates with a 600µA quiescent current and supports out-of-phase synchronization. Packaged in a 3.6mm x 3.6mm x 0.95mm VQFN for surface mounting. Rated for -40°C to 150°C operating temperature.
