Synchronous step-down DC-DC converter IC with adjustable output voltage from 800mV to 39V and a maximum output current of 1.5A. Features a wide input voltage range of 3.5V to 42V, a low quiescent current of 116uA, and operates across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. This single-output regulator is housed in a compact 10-pin HTSSOP EP package measuring 3mm x 3mm with a height of 1.02mm. RoHS compliant and designed for efficient power management.
