200-mA nanopower LDO voltage regulator with a fixed 2.2V output. Features a low 200 nA quiescent current and a maximum dropout voltage of 450 mV at 200 mA. Operates from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage range with a 1.5% output voltage tolerance. Housed in a 5-terminal SOT-23 package, this regulator offers excellent line and load regulation, with maximums of 0.005% and 0.05% respectively. Suitable for operation across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
