The TB2901HQ is a 4-channel BTL audio amplifier designed for car audio applications. It features high power output up to 47 W, low distortion ratio (0.015%), and low noise (90 µVrms). The IC includes a pure complementary P-ch and N-ch DMOS output stage, built-in standby function (pin 4), muting function (pin 22), and high-side switch (pin 25). It also incorporates various protection circuits such as thermal shut down, overvoltage, output to GND, output to VCC, and output short circuit protection. The operating supply voltage range is 9V to 18V.
