The TLP291 is a general purpose optocoupler with a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 300mV and a maximum operating temperature range of -55°C to 110°C. It is designed for surface mount applications and has a maximum input current of 50mA. The device is packaged in a SOIC-4 package and is RoHS compliant.
